You must allow all fields in the transmitter status page to be fully complete before entering Login Password for Transmitter Control Page. Also, ensure you are using the latest Windows Internet Explorer (>7) or the latest Mozilla Firefox (>3.6). We have noticed that the "Not Ready to Send" error message will be displayed with Google Chrome.
